Computer Support Basics The computer/network basics program provides the student with the necessary skills to build, maintain, and troubleshoot computer and network systems. This course is the foundation for all other computer related programs. Therefore, it is required for students not already certified in computer hardware, software and networking before entering advanced information technology programs such as the MCSA, MCSE or the MCDBA. |
